If you purchased from Danner directly, we will pay for return shipping within the contiguous United States. For recently purchased products, we will issue a refund as long as the product is in new, unused condition. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your items and place a new order for the desired merchandise. Defective merchandise will be evaluated upon receiving. If your boots are deemed defective, we will either repair the problem or issue you a replacement.

To return your merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

  • Sign into your account or use "search by order number" feature below.
  • Locate the order that contains the items you wish to return.
  • Check the items you would like to return from the list, and then click the "return checked items" button.
  • Pack your merchandise in the original packaging, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at a UPS service center. Be sure to ask for a shipping receipt for proof of drop off, should your package get lost in transit.
