What is the return process?
In order to return an item please email us at email@example.com to get an RMA number. We will set up your return and send you a return shipping label with the instructions on where to ship the return.
How do I know if I can return my order?
If you have purchased your products directly from danner.com and your returned items are in new or unworn condition, then yes, you can send your items back for a complete refund.
How will my refund be calculated?
Your refund will be calculated by Borderfree and will be for the original price of the item(s) using the same exchange rate and currency as the original order.
Who pays for return shipping?
Danner does not cover the cost of shipping items back to us. However we are able to provide you with a lower shipping cost by taking advantage of Borderfree's favorable shipping rates.
Can I return my products to a local retailer or distributor?
No. Returns purchased from Danner.com must be returned to us through a Borderfree return shipping label.
Can I return items to you on my own?
No. Returns must go through Borderfree both to protect you from any unforeseen customs charges and to be sure you get the appropriate refund.
What if my item was a gift?
For gift returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific instructions for returning the gift item. The return amount will be credited back to the original purchasing credit card.
What if my item is defective?
Please contact us at email@example.com if you think your item is defective, still under warranty and was purchased from us.
