Typically refunds will be for the amount of the product and not the shipping. Return shipping is typically paid for by you but we will provide a label and instructions. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Boots must be in new, unworn condition.
