If you received an item as a gift or do not have a receipt, you may return it to us and we will give you a store credit for the most recent selling price of the item. Please note that we can only offer store credits for items we are currently selling on online.
In order to receive a store credit, the item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Please include a note in the box with your contact information. If you would like to receive a different size of the same exact style number instead of a store credit, let us know what size you would like. Also note that we cannot exchange an updated version for an older version of a style. Straight exchanges must be for the exact same style number. Finally, please be sure to obtain a tracking number for your records.
