Purchases on Danner.com
We accept returns for all new, unused merchandise ordered on Danner.com and provide free return shipping on all orders placed within the United States.
To return your order, follow these steps:
- Click the ‘search by order number’ button below and enter your purchase order number, last name and email address (as printed on the packing slip inside your box). Click the "order lookup" button.
- Click the item(s) from the order you would like to return and follow the prompts to generate your prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack your merchandise in the original packaging, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized service center for the courier. Be sure to ask for a shipping receipt for proof of drop off, should your package get lost in transit.
Purchases from a Danner Retail Store
If you purchased from a Danner retail store, please either call or visit one of our Danner retail locations.
Purchases from Danner Authorized Third Party Retailer
If you purchased from an authorized Danner retailer, please return your items to the original place of purchase, subject to that retailer’s standard return policy.
