If your boots are still in new, unused condition and don't fit properly or you're not satisfied with your purchase you are eligible to receive a refund equal to the amount paid for the item(s) being returned. We accept unworn condition returns up to one year from the date of purchase. Danner does not refund shipping costs. If you would like to exchange an item(s), we are able to offer size exchanges for the same style and color purchased on the original order. There may be exchange limitations at the time of return so we recommend starting the return process to see if the item you would like to exchange is eligible. If we are not able to offer an exchange at the time of your return, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
