Danner 30 Day Comfort Guarantee Terms and Conditions
For eligible Danner boots covered by the Danner 30 Day Comfort Guarantee (the “Comfort Guarantee”), you may return such boots within 30 days of your purchase for fit or comfort reasons, even if the boots have been worn, as long as they are returned within 30 days of your purchase. Danner reserves the right to determine if a return is due to fit or comfort reasons, or for other reasons.
Purchased from Danner.com or Danner Retail Stores
For eligible Danner boots covered by the Danner 30 Day Comfort Guarantee (the “Comfort Guarantee”), you may return such boots within 30 days of your purchase for fit or comfort reasons, even if the boots have been worn, as long as they are returned within 30 days of your purchase. Danner reserves the right to determine if a return is due to fit or comfort reasons, or for other reasons.
Purchased from Danner.com or Danner Retail Stores
- Worn Boots: If you return, within 30 days of purchase, worn boots covered by the Comfort Guarantee that were purchased from Danner.com, you will receive a footwear credit redeemable only on Danner.com. If purchased from a Danner retail location, you will receive a footwear credit redeemable only at Danner retail locations.
- Unworn Boots: If you return, within 30 days of purchase, unworn boots covered by the Comfort Guarantee that were purchased from Danner.com or a Danner retail location, you may be eligible for a full refund, in accordance with and subject to our standard return policy.
Purchased from Danner Authorized Third Party Retailer:
- Worn Boots: If you return, within 30 days of purchase, worn boots covered by the Comfort Guarantee that were purchased from a Danner authorized third party retailer, you will receive a footwear credit redeemable only on Danner.com.
- Unworn Boots: If you would like to return, within 30 days of purchase, unworn boots covered by the Comfort Guarantee that were purchased from a Danner authorized third party retailer, you have two options: (1) return the unworn boots to the Danner authorized third party retailer where you purchased the boots, subject to that retailer’s standard return policy, or (2) return the unworn boots through Danner.com for footwear credit redeemable only on Danner.com, in accordance with and subject to our standard return policy.

Duration of Comfort Guarantee Program
The Comfort Guarantee only applies to purchases of eligible boots made between October 28, 2024 and April 30, 2025. Danner may extend the duration of the Comfort Guarantee program, or accept returns subject to the Comfort Guarantee after its expiration, in its sole discretion.

Returns must be made by the purchaser of the boots. Danner reserves the right to request proof of purchase. Refunds are subject to Danner’s determination that the return is for a fit or comfort issue and receipt of acceptable proof of purchase. Danner also reserves the right to require a valid government ID to process any return. Please allow a reasonable amount of time to process your return and issue any applicable credit. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. You must return boots in their original shoe box. All product components included with the boots, such as spare laces, if any, must be returned too. Danner does not refund shipping costs. However, Danner provides free return shipping for orders placed within the United States purchased through Danner.com. Learn more on how to return your order. The Comfort Guarantee does not apply to products believed to be defective. If you believe your product is defective please refer to our warranty process.
